After-sales service

This product is guaranteed for one year from the date of sale (the warranty period is subject to the sales contract). If a fault occurs during the warranty period and is identified as a quality problem by the company, the company is responsible for repairing it free of charge.
The primary effect filter is a consumable material, which is not within the scope of warranty, and the material cost is borne by the user.
After the warranty period expires, the company will provide lifelong maintenance services for the products, and customers need to pay maintenance fees and material fees.

Under one of the following circumstances, it does not belong to the scope of free service, but can be repaired by charging .

The consumer causes damage due to improper use, maintenance and storage.

The whole machine and parts have exceeded the free warranty period.

Damage caused by self or not by the maintenance department of our company.
D
The model of the San Bao certificate is inconsistent with the model of the maintenance product or is altered.

Damage caused by natural disasters and other irresistible forces.
